Connector marking
Connectors (connectors) consist of two leaky parts: a plug and a socket. Plugs and sockets can be both block (instrument) and cable. Block part of connectors (connectors) – without pipes or with straight pipes, cable part without pipes, with straight or angled pipes.
Connectors 2RMT
Connectors 2RMT14, 2RMT18, 2RMT22, 2RMT24, 2RMT27, 2RMT30, 2RMT33, 2RMT36, 2RMT39, 2RMT42 – cylindrical manual connection connectors, internal volumetric mounting, connect circuits with loads up to 260A and 700V.
2PMT connectors can have from 4 to 50 contacts, depending on the size, which are placed in a carbolite base and a metal case.
The letter “B” in the marking designates the type of block case, mounted on the panel. Most often, the mating part for it is the type of cable housing, denoted by the letter “K”. The cable part of the 2RMT connector can be straight or angled.
The plug, also known as “dad”, is designated by the letter “W” (pin), and the socket, also known as “mother” – by the letter “G” (socket). The letter L at the end of the marking of the 2PMT connector means that this is a socket with a left-hand thread – this is one mating part for a plug-in connector. The second mating part for the lead-through plug on the other side will be a regular socket with a right-hand thread without the letter L.
Connectors 2RTT
Connectors 2RTT16, 2RTT20, 2RTT28, 2RTT32, 2RTT36, 2RTT40, 2RTT48, 2RTT55, 2RTT60 are heat-resistant cylindrical manual connectors, internal bulk mounting, connect circuits with a current load per contact up to 200A and voltage up to 700V.
When ordering 2RTT connectors, it is necessary to indicate the type of housing: block (mounted on the panel) or cable. You should also indicate the type of connector: plug or socket. A plug, also known as “dad,” is denoted by the letter “W” (pin), and the socket, aka “mother” – by the letter “G” (socket).
The branch pipe for connecting the cable can be straight or angled. To improve the quality of the connection, the design of the 2RTT connectors provides for fixation by means of a nut and a body thread.
Connectors 2RMG
Connectors 2RMG, 2RMGD, 2RMGP, 2RMGPD, 2RMGS – sealed and highly sealed cylindrical manual connectors, internal volumetric mounting, connect circuits with loads up to 260A and 700V.
Connectors have a body diameter of 14mm, 18mm, 22mm, 24mm, 27mm, 30mm, 33mm, 36mm, 39mm, 42mm and can have from 4 to 50 contacts, depending on the size, which are placed in a carbolite base and a metal case.
The letter “B” in the marking designates the type of block case, mounted on the panel. Most often, the mating part for it is the type of cable housing, denoted by the letter “K”. The cable part of the connector 2RMG, 2RMGD, 2RMGP, 2RMGPD, 2RMGS is only straight.
The plug, also known as “dad”, is designated by the letter “W” (pin), and the socket, also known as “mother” – by the letter “G” (socket). 2RMGP plugs mate with 2RMT sockets, 2RMGPD plugs – with 2RMDT sockets. The joint of the connectors is threaded, the polarization of the housings is one-key. 2RMGP feed-through forks have a thread on one side – the usual right, on the other side – a left. Accordingly, one counterpart for the 2RMGP plug will be a 2RMT … G1A1V socket with a right-hand thread, the second counterpart – there will be a 2RMT … G1A1VL socket with a left-hand thread.
To improve the quality of the connection, the design of the connectors 2RMG, 2RMGD, 2RMGP, 2RMGPD, 2RMGS provides for fixation using the thread of the nut and the body.
Connectors 2RMDT
Connectors 2RMDT18, 2RMDT24, 2RMDT27, 2RMDT30, 2RMDT33, 2RMDT36, 2RMDT39, 2RMDT42, 2RMDT45 – cylindrical manual connection connectors, internal volumetric mounting, connect circuits with loads up to 260A and 700V.
2RMDT connectors can have from 4 to 50 contacts, depending on the size, which are placed in a carbolite base and a metal case.
The letter “B” in the marking designates the type of block case, mounted on the panel. Most often, the mating part for it is the type of cable housing, denoted by the letter “K”.
The cable part of the 2RMDT connector can be straight or angled. You also need to indicate the type of connector: plug or socket. A plug, also known as “dad,” is denoted by the letter “W” (pin), and the socket, aka “mother” – by the letter “G” (socket).
ShR, ShRG connectors
Connectors ШР, ШРГ -12, -16, -20, -28, -32, -36, -40, -48, -55, -60 – plug connectors are leaky, sealed – manual connectors are cylindrical, internal volumetric mounting, connect circuits with a current load of up to 200A and 850V.
Connectors ШР, ШРГ can have from 1 to 47 contacts, depending on the standard size, which are placed in a carbolite base and a metal or plastic case. The branch pipe for connecting the cable can be straight or angled.
Connectors SShR, SShRG
Connectors SShR, SShRG -20, -28, -32, -36, -48, -55, -60 – special plug connectors are leaky, sealed – manual connectors are cylindrical, internal volumetric mounting, connect circuits with a current load of up to 540A and 850V.
Connectors SShR, SShRG can have from 2 to 50 contacts, depending on the size, which are placed in a carbolite base and a metal or plastic case. When ordering connectors SShR, SShRG, it is necessary to indicate the type of housing: block (mounted on the panel) or cable. You should also indicate the type of connector: plug or socket.
In the instrument part, the plug, aka “dad”, is denoted by the letter “W” (pin), and the socket, aka “mom” – by the letter “G” (socket). In the cable part – on the contrary: plug – “L”, socket – “W”. The branch pipe for connecting the cable can be straight or angled.
